Meet July's Positively Jax Winner!

Last updated 4 years ago

Eleanor Lynch, Memorial Hospital's VP of Operations, presents Megan Cromwell with a Positively Jax award.

This program is a partnership between Channel 4 and Memorial Hospital to recognize people and businesses that make a positive impact on our community.

Megan is a field advocate for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. She organized Northeast Florida’s first “Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk,” and wants to bring the “More than Sad” program to all area schools. “More than Sad” is a training and educational program that helps teachers and other school personnel learn more about teen suicide and how they can play a role in its prevention..  As you can tell by her crown, Megan is also Miss Northeast Florida!

Thank you Megan for making our community a better place!
