Heather Carty is an Exercise Specialist with Memorial Hospital. For today’s Workout Wednesday she is showing us three different kinds of push-ups. Heather says push-ups are an under-rated exercise. They work your chest, triceps, core and legs. She recommends doing 3 sets of 10-15.
