James Wiggins, the manager of Memorial Hospital’s H.E.A.R.T. Fitness Center, is showing us how to do bicep curls. He advises you to make it a part of your exercise routine twice a week. It is good for defining the front part of your arms. Here is an important tip…make sure your back is straight.
